Lincoln Hills Juvenile Prison is Closing

We shut down the only juvenile prison in the State of Wisconsin.  The ugliness goes back till at least the 1970’s.  The systemic gassing’s have gone on for 20 plus years and now Lincoln Hills is closing. Thank you to those that supported the cause.
