Walford, MD, September 2016 – It’s the 3rd annual largest book event happening in Maryland, October 15, 2016. Maryland Books and Business Expo, which is business networking platform is  organized for small business owners and entrepreneurs providing them with the right business development and training. The event holds Saturday, October 15, at 9:00 AM – Sunday, October 16, 2016, at 4:00 PM (EDT).

The difference between success and otherwise, for an entrepreneur and small business owners, might be meeting the right people; networking. As an entrepreneur, networking is a key activity that is not only fun, but critical to personal growth and business development. Small business is all about networking, building relationships and taking action. Building a successful business takes a lot of time and drive.

Having a network of friends and associates to draw energy from and keep going is very essential. Entrepreneurs do need to find the right group of people who share similar drive and ambition.

As a publicist she has galvanized the growth of hundreds of brands. In 2017, she will be publishing her first book titled How Cook Up a PR Plan: a recipe for the right response. The book outlines techniques used by experts in public relations, providing insight into how to cultivate relationships in the real world and online that lead to brand visibility. Lawrence earned an BA in communication from Marquette University, one of the world's top-ranked universities. After graduating, she worked for the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, NBA player Jeff McInnis, film producer Cedric Nettles and others.
